Burn Bridle Press – Bucks County History

with 2 comments

I’m a fourth generation resident of Solebury Township, where I grew up living in the caretaker’s house at Solebury Friends Meeting. My family has owned and operated Tuckamony Farm in Solebury since 1925. I graduated from Bard College with a degree in history, where I wrote my senior thesis on the development of Lower Bucks County in the 1950′s.

  1. Moses,

I’m really enjoying your blog. (I commented on your post about Darkey town). I think the writing is excellent and the topics varied and interesting.

I have added a link to your blog at http://upperbucks.blogspot.com/p/upper-bucks-county-links-page.html.

I’m hoping you might consider a link to mine at http://upperbucks.blogspot.com

  2. I just found your blog and just recently connected to my family through Ancestry.com. Some of my ancestors are buried ad Solebury Friends Meeting and what used to be Mt. Moriah Graveyard. I look forward to reading your blog.
